We provide access mentoring support for young people who are in year 6 preparing to go into Secondary School, or are in Year 7 and new to Secondary School and are finding it difficult to settle in. Mentors will meet with the young person each week or fortnightly and our Outreach worker or Therapist will be available if there is extra support needed.
